CHATS

One list for your street and your people.

Your groups and the people you talk to sit together, newest first, with what you have not read at the top.

Group chats

Every community has a chat. Send a message or a photo, and it reaches everyone who has joined. Open the group and switch between its chat, announcements and photos.

One-to-one chats

You can start a chat with someone who has made themselves available: a member of a group you share, or someone nearby who chose Public. Tap the write icon on the Chats page to see who is near you, or the people icon inside a group.

Photos in a one-to-one chat can only be opened by the two of you.

If someone bothers you

Open the chat, tap the three dots, and block or report them. Blocking works both ways: neither of you can find or message the other. A report goes to our staff with what you write in it. They are not shown your one-to-one chat.

In a group, tap the three dots on a message, photo or comment to report it or block the person, or tap the flag at the top to report the whole group. A report on a message, photo or comment goes to our staff with its text. Blocking stops one-to-one chats. The person's group messages stay visible.
